How do I redeem my new hire kit?
Please use your employee identification number (EID) as your validation key for the redemption site. Please also enter any additional zeros at the beginning of your EID. Once you select your country, follow through each page by clicking the according box to complete your redemption.
What information do I need to redeem my new hire kit?
You will need your employee identification number (EID), an email address, phone number, and a physical shipping address. Please note, we are not able to ship to PO boxes or hotels.
How do I know if I am eligible for a new hire kit?
Eligible recipients will be emailed a link that directs them to the order redemption site.
What if my employee identification number (EID) is not working and comes up as invalid?
If notice comes up your EID is invalid, please try again and makes sure you are including any zeros at the beginning. Please also check to make sure there are no spaces added at the front or end. If the same notice comes up, please refresh your screen and attempt redemption once more. Please also ensure you have selected the proper country, as that is the specific ordering site your employee identification number has been validated for redemption. If you continue to have issues, please contact customer service at wellswarenewhire@staples.com for further assistance.
How do I find my country?
Please click the down arrow in the red "Country" box and use your mouse to scroll until you locate your country. Then, click your country to be prompted to the next page to order your new hire kit.
What if my shopping cart says no items have been added?
Please click back to the previous page and click "Add To Cart" once more. It may take a few moments for a yellow "Added to cart" button to populate. Once that appears, please click "Continue to Checkout" to provide your shipping details.

What if the order site errors out or comes up blank as I try to redeem my new hire kit?
Please refresh your screen to attempt redemption once more. If the site continues to show any errors, please wait 24 hours to try again before reaching out to customer service for additional support.
May I share the link to redeem a kit with another associate?
No. The link sent to you is intended for your redemption only. Please honor Wells Fargo's core values by not forwarding or sharing this link with others.
If I receive a link to order am I required to redeem?
Participation to redeem a new hire kit is optional.
How do I check the status of my order?
After you place an order and it has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which contains your order number.

What if I don't receive an order confirmation after completing my redemption?
Please do not immediately attempt a secondary redemption. Please reach out to customer service at to confirm your order was received or if a second attempt is needed.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Products offered on this website may not be returned or exchanged.

May I change my delivery address?

May I cancel my order after it is placed?

May I update my product selection after placing my order?
You are not able to customize the items in your new hire kit. The items are pre-selected by the Wells Fargo onboarding team, and substitutions are not available at this time.
Will I be charged for my new hire kit?
You will not be charged for your new hire kit.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow a minimum of 15 business days once you receive your order confirmation before contacting support to inquire about your tracking information. Order redemptions require 10-14 business days for shipments to be processed for distribution. Please note, ongoing post-pandemic disruptions to the supply chain may cause delays in shipment and delivery.
What if my kit arrives damaged, defective, or is missing an item?
If your product arrives broken, damaged, or is missing an item, please reach out to wellswarenewhire@staples.com to arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
